If you use CV6 and CV2=1 then the first speed step is 0.
Please set for this CV2=2, then at the first speed step the PWM is 1/255 long.

By using the Intellibox for programming the decoder, dir reg and pom mode works well.
Page mode on CV1 to CV4 is programmable but the IB say "no page" and is not readable.
CV5 and above is ok in page mode.

Sometimes the long adress is not readable with the Intellibox.

Faulhaber version (motor_28.asm):
if a short Adress is detected the cv19 becomes a undefined variable 
and the loco stands still because cv19 is <>0 (consist)
Bugfix: version with deactivated cv19, you can overwrite existing PICs
this bugfix appears only on OTPs, not on /JW types!
